Theme change for macintom.ca

After much frustration I’ve finally settled on a theme for macintom.ca.  I wanted one that had link/social media integration, pages, Google Analytics, and of course… I wanted to like the look of it.  Oh yeah, and it must NOT crash on the iPad because of java script.  I was using one I really liked, but it crashed Safari on the iPad 98% of the time.

I’d like to give a shout-out to Woothemes, they have some REALLY nice Tumblr themes, I’m now using two of them for different blogs.

Tumblr and Posterous

So I’ve had difficulty deciding where to keep all of my blogs.  Posterous is nice, but lacks the many many themes that Tumblr has.  I don’t need multiple contributors (Posterous), and the iPhone app for Tumblr gives me the ability to easily edit posts.  I tend to post things so quickly that I don’t spell check half the time, and want to go back and fix errors.   What I’m going to try, rather than kill macintom.ca, is to move it to Tumblr for a while.

I did try to import my tumblr blog into posterous, but that failed, so I won’t be moving my personal blog to Posertous.  Hence the attempt to move my Apple interest blog here.
